What do you do with tofu that expires tomorrow and pumpkin?
You mix them together with whatever else you can find in the kitchen, add soy sauce and hope it is edible. Yep, that's what I did. I was checking my fridge today to see when my tofu will expire cause its been sitting there for a while. Then I saw the expiry date: 28-03-07. That's tomorrow! Tofu with nothing but water sounds... sad. So i added the pumpkin, threw in a some chopped garlic, saw that ginger sitting around not being used, so I threw that in as well.
It taste.. mmm.. it tasted.. like soy sauce. Haha, it seemed edible. Half way through the bowl, I didn't want to eat anymore because.. it tasted so... blend. But throwing it away is so wasted! So I just sigh and continue eating it. Yep, finished the whole bowl of.. expiring tofu and pumpkin. Thank Goodness I didn't add any eggs in, can you imagine how much worse it would tasted?! Bleh~
